Oliver was grooming himself when he was distracted by a noise out in the yard. He sat and stared like that for 30 seconds or so…didn’t even bother to put his leg down! He stayed there so long I had time to take his picture! Oliver is such a funny cat, always making us laugh.
Molly came to stay with me for the weekend while her parents went out of town and she was a very well behaved guest! She made herself right at home on top of an air conditioning vent in my dining room. I guess she gets hot with that thick fur. Molly had lots of fun playing with Maggie and Jonah, tormenting the cats, and napping on that vent. She’s such a sweet dog and she is welcome at my house anytime.
I was lucky enough to spend some time with my girl Abby last weekend. Abby and I have known each other for a very long time…she was my thirteenth birthday gift from my grandmother! She moved to Colorado with my dad several years ago. Abby is almost 12 years old and doing just great! She is a sweet little Maltese who loves her “babies” (stuffed toys) and likes to sleep on a pillow right next to your head at night. She loves car rides and road trips. When I was younger I used to dress her in doll clothes. Although I quit doing that, she does still wear a sweater sometimes during cold Colorado winters.
